Vilamoura won Pinheiros Altos 3-2, 6pts to 4pts

Match Report Wednesday 21st July
This week’s Interclub match was at home against Pinheiros Altos.
We made one team change and brought in Per Nilsson , for his first Interclub match of the season.
The result was 3-2 6pts to 4pts. Bounce back ability is a big factor in any sport and we achieved that after our loss away to Vila Sol.
However, having looked at Vila Sol’s last 2 results, which were 5-0 and 4/12-1/2 , for us to take 2 wins from them on their own course goes to show how important that might be come the end of the season.
Lastly I would like to say a very big thank you to the whole team for another winning performance.
We now have a bit of a break until our next fixture away to Penina on the 16th September, which will be yet another challenge, but one we are up for . That’s it for now, hope you all enjoy the long hot days of August.
