GENERAL ASSEMBLY
In accordance with art. 20 § 1st and 2nd of the General Internal Regulations i convened the General Assembly of the Vilamoura Golf Club to meet in ordinary session on the March 31st, 2022, at 5:00 pm at the Clubhouse Dom Pedro Laguna/Millennium, in Vilamoura, with the following orders:
1. Deliberate on the 2021 Management Report and Accounts and Purport of the Fiscal Council;
2. Discuss matters of interest to the club;
If at the appointed time, the Members representing half and one of their total are not present and represented, the Assembly shall meet half an hour after the appointed time with any number of members (Article 22 of the Regulation).
The Annual Report and Accounts can be consulted in the eight days prior to the date marked above, and are posted on the information board at the Club's Headquarters.
