At the Clubhouse Dom Pedro Laguna
In accordance with the Club Regulations, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members of Vilamoura Golf Club will be held as from 5:00 pm on 28th March
in the Dom Pedro Laguna clubhouse, to discuss the following:
1. Club Accounts and Financial Statement for 2018, as well as the Audit Committee Report.
2. Election of Committee Members for the years 2019 - 2021, in accordance with Internal Regulations, clause No. 16
3. Any additional Club matters that may be raised.
Should there be insufficient members in attendance and represented by proxy at the scheduled time, the meeting shall proceed 30 minutes later with any number of members as per section 22 of the Regulations.
The Club Accounts and Financial Statement shall be available for perusal by members during the week prior to the AGM, and will be affixed to the Club office notice board.
