EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
In accordance with art. 20 ° § 1 ° and 2 °. of the General Internal Regulations, I convened the General Assembly of the Vilamoura Golf Club to meet in Extraordinary Session on January 5th, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. on the premises of the former Old Course Clubhouse in Vilamoura with the following orders:
1. Discuss quota increases for 2018;
2. Discuss issues of interest to the club;
If, at the appointed time, the Members representing half and one of their total are not present and represented, the Assembly shall meet half an hour after the appointed time with any number of members (Article 22 of the Regulation).
The Annual Report and Accounts can be consulted in the eight days prior to the above date, and it is posted on the information board at the Club's headquarters.
