Declaration of a state of emergency was renewed between 00:00 on 01st April till 23:59 on 15th April 2021
By Decree of the President of the Republic no. 31-A / 2021, of 25 March, the declaration of a state of emergency is renewed between 00:00 on 1st April till 23:59 of 15th April 2021.
Decree nº 5/2021, of 28 March, regulates the renewal of the state of emergency effected by Decree of the President of the Republic nº 31-A / 2021, of 25 March, and makes the first amendment to Decree nº 4/2021, March 13th.
With the amendment introduced by Decree nº 5/2021, of 28 March, Decree nº 4/2021, of 13 March sees its validity extended until 23:59 on April 5, 2021.
It should also be noted that according to the new wording of article 5 of Decree No. 4/2021, of 13 March, circulation outside the municipality of the domicile will be prohibited until 11:59 pm on 5 April.
